FBL – Fulfillment by Linio

FBL 

Is a service that gives the possibility to store your Products in the Linio Warehouse and put the processing of all Orders by Linio. Linio packs and delivers your Product to the Customers, guaranteeing their dispatching within 24 hours and in the best conditions, using Linio’s very own fleet.

• Visibility on your Stock’s Rotation in our Warehouse, thanks to a weelky report. 

Any seller that are interested on joining the fulfillment model should get together with their assigned KAM whose is responsible to give all the details related and all the requirements to be part of our Fulfillment.

Currently, the FBL service is available to all Sellers with items in the Clothing, Hunting, and Sporting Goods categories.

Costs

An additional fee will be added for the FBL service. Ths fee consists of a 5% commission on the public sale price, additional to the% commission originally agreed, for sporting goods, and clothing & footwear.

In order for the Seller to contract the services of FBL, he must send a request by email to mbenavidesf@falabella.com

Costs associated with FBL service

Linio may charge the seller, the established fees, for storage and processing services.

1. Commission per processed product: The seller will pay Linio for each processed product, according to the price of the product.

2. Storage charge: The Seller shall pay Linio for storage a charge that will change according to the size of the stored product.

*Linio reserves the right to revise and modify the rates at any time, and will notify the Seller of any changes made with 7 calendar days prior to its execution.

Linio may charge the seller, the established fees, for storage and processing services.

1. Commission per processed product: The processing fee fee will be charged according to a fixed fee for products according to their size and volumetric weight

This will be calculated once a week and will be charged according to the cut established in the Account Statement the Seller.

2. Storage charge: During the first 60 days of receipt of each item in the LINIO Warehouse no no fee will be charged for this concept

The Seller shall pay Linio for storage a charge that will change according to the size of the stored product.

The service is not currently available.

The Seller must ship his Products to LINIO´s warehouse located in Miami and LINIO will provide the storage, picking, packing, shipping to Client´s address and the handling of returns and exchanges of his Products.

Our warehouse is located at Doral – Miami at 2000 NW 84th Ave, Miami, FL 33122, United States. We are strategic closed to the Miami International Airport and Distribution Centers from the top carriers, and that make our logistics much faster.

There are some important topics to point out:

• Each country has a different SKU code for the same product. It is important to have this division between the countries because the labels are glued at the dropping moment; we follow the split agreed between the seller and KAM.
• We have different transit times for each country which can be affected according to the local authorities.
• The seller will have withdrawn monthly for the products they want back.
• Any contact should be done between the seller and Operation Team.

Costs:

FBL fee: 2 USD, added to the Product’s Price (subject to changes)
