The image gallery serves as the first contact between the Customer and the Product. This is the reason why is important that photos displayed are top quality. The required characteristics for images are:
- Shape: The image must be found inside a square space, if else the Costumer might see a distorted picture.
- Image’s Size and Resolution: Images must have a minimum size of 500×500 pixels and a maximum of 850×850 pixels. Their resolution must be 72 dpi and must not be distorted.
- File’s Size and Format: Each image must be saved as a JPG file, and weigh a maximum of 150kb.
- Proportions: The Product must be set in the center of the image, with an internal margin of 4 to 5 millimeters.
- Product Takes: Each Product Category requires specific takes so the products look adequate on the Linio Shop.
- Background: The image background must be White (RGB 255) and without textures, reflections, or shadows.
It is forbidden to upload images that fulfill the following perks:
- Ambience: It’s not allowed to use Product ambiences, save in Home and Living products as:
The use people photos is only limited to subgategories in:
- Watermarks and Captions: Product Images cannot have watermarks, captions, logotypes, letters, nor other decorative elements.
- Electronic Devices: The following alignments apply for all electronic devices with a display, like computers, cellphones, tablets, TVs, and smartwatches:
- Displays must always be shown switched on, with a neutral wallpaper or with the brand’s logotype.
- Wallpapers must never show logotypes nor content from third parties (eg. Facebook, Netflix, Whatsapp, Celebrities, Polititans, TV Channels).
- The release images for Apple, Xiaomi, Google Pixel, and other products are proportioned exclusively by Linio.
- Explicit Content: For Sexual Wellness and Underwear products, images with nudes and/or explicit content are banned.
