Payment problems 

Some of the problems you may face regarding payment are due the following cases: 

  1. Missing SAP information. You must consider that all your information is complete within the Seller Center, in order to guarantee the correct registration of your account in SAP. The required information is as follows: 

Mandatory information 

Description 

Seller Center ID 

Seller account ID in Seller Center 

Display Name / Shop Name 

Fantasy name that your store has in Seller Center 

Vendor*  Business number (Tax ID) 

Bussines Number of your company in your country where is stablized. Amount of characters differs from country of origin. Example: China is 16 characters. USA is 9 characters.  
BN only has numbers in it, no slash or symbols are part of it or allow. 

Name (Legal Name) 

Legal name of the company 

Street* Adresses (Commercial Address) 

Seller’s business address, must coincide with the country of origin of the Business Number 

District* 

District where your commercial office is located 

Postal Code 

A postal code (also known locally in various English-speaking countries throughout the world as a postcode, post code, PIN or ZIP Code) is a series of letters or digits or both, sometimes including spaces or punctuation, included in a postal address for the purpose of sorting mail 

City* 

City where your commercial office is located 

State* 

State where your commercial office is located 

Country* 

Country where your commercial office is located 

Default Telephone* 

Telephone number of your commercial office, with area code and country code included 

Default Email* 

Main contact email of your company 

2. Account not active in Payoneer or not created. You must ensure that your Payoneer account is 100% complete and active. That is, you have gone through the review of the documents requested by Payoneer and they have given their OK and complete the review process by activating your account. 3. Account active and lowered to inactive upon validation. Payoneer conducts a random review of profiles as part of its Quality Check. In this process, you will be asked for different documents. It is very important to finish the QA process to ensure that your account does not go into “Inactive” status, if so you will not be able to receive payments. Remember: Within our Terms and Conditions, section 3: “Service Fee Payments; Receipt of Sales Proceeds”, you agree to: If the Seller will receive his payments through Payoneer, the Seller must have an active account in Payoneer. In this sense, the Seller shall complete the process of “Creating an account”  in Payoneer and shall be responsible for the use of the account.
