Payments Gossary

  • Payoneer: Is a cross-border payment platform that provides online money transfer and currency conversion services for online sellers. Its easy to sign up and receive your Linio payments into your Payoneer account, where they can be easily withdrawn directly to your home bank account in your local currency. 
  • Opening Balance: Negative amount from previous periods, if applicable.  
  • Sales Revenue: Total sales revenue for the period.  
  • Fees: Discount on commissions, penalties, fees etc. The fees that you could find in your Account Statements are the following: 
    • Shipping Fee (Item Level) 
    • Commission 
    • Cancellation Fee 
  • Returned or cancelled orders: Discount on returned orders. 
  • Refund on Fees: Reimbursement of commissions of returned orders. The refund on fees that you could find in your Account Statements are the following:
    • Commission
    • Consignment Delivery Fee 
  • Subtotal : Total income / return on returns
  • Payout: Final payment of the period. 
  • Sales Report: Complete Sales Report on the weekly period. 
  • Other revenues / Debit of Other Revenues: a list of variables  of  revenues or  discounts. The “other revenues” that you could find in your Account Statements are the following:
    • Shipping Fee (Item Level) Credit
    • Monthly Subscription Credit 
  • Others:  In the “others” section you might see additional charges reflected for some services, in case they apply.   
  • Linio SKU:  The shop SKU that appears on the page and will be generated in the Seller Center. 

Is your seller id + the date that the cutoff starts + the currency code in the country of sales. 

The statement number can help you to compare information between seller center and Payoneer. It is an id used to identify your payments in Payoneer, with this you can make a match between the Linio account statement and the partner payment id (both codes are the same). 

  • Order No: Order Number, It is a number given by Linio related to the order with the client. 
  • Order Item No: The number given to the item that is part of the order. One order can have multiple order items.  
  • Tracking number:  Tracking numbers are useful for knowing the location of time sensitive deliveries. It is a unique ID number or code assigned to a package or parcel. This number appears on the package’s shipping guide 
  • Reference: An ID To identify de transaction. 
  • ComentYou can check if any manual adjustments or additional charges were made in this column. 
  • Order item Status: The options are pending,  shipped, ready to ship, returned, failed, cancel and  delivered. 
  • Order Date: is the date when the order is created.  
  • Seller SKU: Stock Keeping Unit, used  to identify and track its inventory, or stock given by the Seller.  
  • Linio SKU: Stock Keeping Unit, used  to identify and track its inventory, or stock given by Linio.  
  • Payout Amount: Amount to be paid in that period  
  • Item Price Credit: When is “credit” means that Linio pays it to the seller.  
  • Item Price Credit Transaction Number: An ID To identify de transaction. 
  • Shipping fee (Item Level): cost of postage and related transportation to get the package from the shipping carrier to the end consumer. 
  • Shipping fee (Item Level) Transaction Number: An ID To identify de transaction. 
  • Commission: Commission paid to Linio for the sale of the product.  
  • Commission Transaction Number : Unique number assigned by Linio to track the transaction.  
  • Item Price:  Price paid by the customer for your item.  
  • Item Price Transaction Number: An ID To identify de transaction. 
  • Seller Name: Shop Name 
  • Initial Balance: Negative balance of previous states.
