Sponsored Products boots the quantity of Costumers who view your Products in Linio, and therefore increases your visibility. If your Products present the best offer and have excellent content, your sales will increase notably.

Sponsored Products appear on the first 4 places in the search results or navigation by Category.

Start to use Promoted Products 

1. Access to Seller Center and go to Campaigns. 

2. Click on Sponsored Products. 

3. Click on AUMENTAR MI VISIBILIDAD. 

4. Activate your Campaign by selecting the Products you wish to promote. 

5. Monitor your results from the Campaign Tab or by the Reports section. 

Note: Use of the “Promoted Products” tool is subject to “Your score on the last 14 days”, equal or geater than 3, as by validation by Linio. Anyhow, you must have a positive balance in your last Account Statement to cover the total Plan cost.

How it works

First: The most characteristics of the product are filtered
The algorithm check:
Title, Brand , Category and other textual attributes of the product page (Content).

Second: The options are reduced by adding additional restriction, these are based on the previous behavior of other buyers who searched for this term or navigated in that category page.

What are the products with the most clicks and purchases based on Brand, category and price?

Third:  After removing the ads that don’t qualify with the above restrictions, the algorithm gives each an ad score.

Products with the highest scores will be displayed.

Fourth: Now the algorithm assigns a value to each product based on:

ESTIMATED CTR X ACOS

It is calculated by analyzing the click distribution of buyers who searched for the term in the past, as well as the different attributes of the sellers.

ACOS selected for the campaign, which can be modified in the settings tab.

Before Start – Content

1- Check if you are active in the Sponsored products tab in Seller Center. If it not active, ask for you Access with you key account.

2-  Make sure your product has a brilliant content that sells your product:

  • Clear and shor title
  • Correct Categorization
  • Attractive images and different reviews
  • Clear warranty information

3-  The comercial offer of your product must be attractive to the client:

  • Make sure the price is competitive.
  • Sponsor products with promotional price.
  • Try to promote products with good reviews and rating.
  • Exclude those who have negative ratings or comments.
  • Make sure you have enough inventory, especially for those products that have sizes or other variants.
  • Improve and review the last steps mencioned for big campaigns like Cyber, Black Friday.

Campaign creation tips

  • Plan your campaign for at least two or three weeks, so you will have conclusive results.
  • Include a consumption limit in your daily Budget.
  • Sponsor products with promotional prices.
  • Start with a moderate ACOS (10%-15%) that allows you to offer and have an idea of campaign behavior, until you get enough clicks you can increase the ACOS.
  • If you have a low budget, your campaign will be active for a short time, focus on your main and best products.
  • For long-term results, structure always on campaigns for better learning and optimization of the platform.
  • Raise ACOS to 30% in order to gain greater presence and be more aggressive, always taking care not to have negative results.
  • Exlude poorly performing products or improve their content an offering.

CASE 1 – Campaign without prints

  • LOW ACOS: Verify that the content of the product has the keywords that you are using.

  • Product without searches: Check the product description is relevant and compatible with the category.

  • High competition in the category: Make sure that you offer is competitive and have an ACOS between 20% – 30%.

CASE 2 – Campaign with high ACOS

  • High competition: Check prices of the competition in the category and make sure that your products are well define in terms of price

  • Lack of Conversion: Exclude products from the campaign that do not have positive results

CASE 3 – Campaign without conversions

Review the comercial offer and improve it:

  • The Price is competitive.
  • Th potos are attractive.
  • They have good descriptions.
  • All sizes have enough inventory.

Others:

  • Deactivate skus with high consumption and without conversión
  • Deactivate products with uncompetitive prices and bad revies

Freemium

  • The seller activates this plan like any other in sponsored products platform
  • This plan automatically renews into a basic plan the minute that ends, you can cancel at any tyme. The freemium plan renew as soon as you spend the free- Budget or if the 30 days trial period ends
  • Available for new or existing sellers who have never used the sponsored products service (Does not apply if they have already used any comarketing product)

How to pay for this service

  • Prepaid payment: 1-2 weeks after plan purchasement the total amount of it will be charged to your Account Statement (Cobro Productos Promocionados). No importa si el seller consumió el presupuesto.
  • Payment in LCY.
  • Cancellations or refunds are not allowed.
