Couriers and Recollections

Couriers  

The Courier in charge of sending your products is automatically assigned when processing the Order in Seller Center. Linio currently has an agreement with these couriers:

  • OCA 
  • Urbano 
  • E-Logística 
  • Flotilla Linio 

If you want to use your own agreement with a package, let us know in order to make the change within Seller Center.

 

Recollections 

To request the collection of your product, send an email partners.ar@linio.com, with the guides and the assigned parcel.

 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates depend on the size of the product and is the same for all parcels. Keep in mind that you can get a discount on your rates depending on your status within our Partners Management Program:

The calculation to measure the volumetric weight is: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000

IMPORTANT: Shipping rates apply per unit and not per order.

Couriers

  • Correos Chile 
  • Blue Express 

If you want to use your own agreement with a package, let us know in order to make the changes within Seller Center.

Recollections

To request the collection of your product you must go here:

  • Select the package according to the supplier indicated in the shipping information in Seller Center.
  • Fill in all the required fields, as indicated on the form.
  • Send the information and wait for the confirmation email.

To request materials and supplies for delivery: 

  1. Identify your Courier.
  2. Send an email to the corrresponding executivewith a copy to trakingcl@linio.com

Picking

The picking of products is automatical.

If you generated the guide for your orders with a standard shipping method before 10:30 am, the assigned courier can come the same day for the packages. Otherwise, it will be during the next day. For express orders, if you generated the guide before 2:00 pm, the recollection will be scheduled for the same day.

The collection times of the couriers with an agreement are from Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For Vueltap the schedule is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

Deprisa Delivery Conditions

If you must deliver orders via Deprisa, you have to present the respective Shipping Manifest in each delivery. This manifest is downloaded in Seller Center, in the Delivered to Courier tab:

Remember that this document is your proof of dispatch in case of any doubt or clarification, so you must request the signature or seal the package when it is collected:

 

Shipping important information

 

  • Inside the package; Linio receipt, ballot or invoice issued by the seller and flyer of withdrawal.
  • On the outside of the package; shipping label.

Couriers

Recollections

1. Calltheassignedparcel:

2. Indicate in the options menu that you want to talk to an advisor. 

3. Mention that you have a Bazaya Mexico customer guide. 

4. Give them a guide number (it is not necessary to indicate all).

5. Mention the number of packages you have to collect.

6. Indicate the desired collection schedule.

7. Give your full address, with in-between streets and references, in order to ensure an effective collection.

8. The advisor will indicate the recollection number.

Take into account that you must request the collection at a time from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm to be collected that same day. Applications after 12:00 pm will be scheduled for the next day.

The Courier waits 5 minutes to load, so it is necessary to have the packages ready before the scheduled time.
